Tony Blanko "KASABLANKO Pt. II"

Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania emerging singer, songwriter, producer and rapper Tony Blanko, releases his newest album “KASABLANKO Pt. II”. The 7 track, trap album is dedicated to Tony’s last year in Miami, FL and features artists André The Artist and Rick Doza on hits like “LETZ GO” and “LIKE ME”.

You know it’s going to be a hit when these two talented artists collab. Tony Blanko and André the Artist join forces to execute the first fierce chant off the album, “LETZ GO”.

“I constantly used this song during my livestreams during quarantine.” Tony states, pertaining to his transition moving from PA to Miami, FL.

“LIKE ME” features California recording artist, Rick Doza. The upbeat, trap style track represents feeling confident. Our emerging artist, Tony Blanko, speaks on feeling surrounded by insecure individuals, and “fake friends”. “Aint nobody like me, so they don’t like me. You never met someone like me, so you don’t like me…”

“Loz Padrinoz” is the heart of the album,” shares Tony about the third track off of KASABLANKO Pt. II. It is part two of “GodFatherz” in his previous album, KASABLANKO Part I. “GodFatherz” has a more Italian mafia vibe, while “Loz Padrinoz” represents more of a Latin Style beat. Both tracks share the same mafioso energy, repping the other half of Tony’s ethnicity – Argentinean. However, the dedication to this track is toward the Latin culture and displays his personal connection and appreciate of these cultures.

“RIDIN” brings us to a more serious display of strength. This is about a story of growth and opportunity and how one overcomes adversity to become opportunity.

“BALLIN” (Dead Kidz) speaks on events from the young artist’s youth life in Brooklyn, and in Pennsylvania. A story of how a bunch of young kids almost lost their lives to the drug trade, we dive into the track with Tony becoming very transparent about his past – opening up to his listeners as he shares his lyrics. “I was only twelve when, I’m back on 86 running away from twelve men”. Here, we explore the outcomes of this lifestyle with a newfound light for hope that if you stay focused, you can be “ballin”.

“BANG” is an upbeat, celebratory piece expressing being free of care from other’s opinions. Like a champion taking on his opponent in the match, every line feels like you’re getting rocked in the rings.

Ending KASABLANKO Pt. II with a bang, “CUBA LIBRE” is the goodbye to Miami – a true celebration of the life that is to come for the journey ahead. “I believe that death, or the transcendence from the physical form into the spiritual, is a sweet release of freedom. I have left Miami physically, but my spirit remains and so I am being celebrated.” -Tony Blanko.
