Piper Page 'Risk"

New York rising singer-songwriter, Piper Page, is preparing to release her newest R&B single “Risk”.

This powerful Pop/R&B artist is not only an advocate for women of color in the music industry, but also strives to inspire the next generation of Black female artists and explore the world of music through her storytelling.

Piper’s musical influences include Aretha Franklin and Alicia Keys, who have helped her transition her style of acoustic pop, to the mature R&B sound of her upcoming single, “Risk”. The single was in the works after Piper started writing it based off of the plot of a movie. Although, the song was not finished until she later experienced the situation applying to her in real life.

“The lyrics became real for me, so I decided to finish it [“Risk”]”, she states.

A situation where most can relate, she does a great job of resonating with her audience through her impactful use of storytelling.

The soul in Piper’s voice, paired with a beautiful piano accompaniment will leave waves of pleasure running through your skin.  Starting off slow, then bringing an energetic and groovy vibe into the mix, this is a surefire hit you won’t be able to get enough of.

“Risk” is about wanting someone but not letting yourself be vulnerable with them. Loving too easily can become your downfall when others take advantage of your kindness and compassion.
