Ljpix "Still Country"

Embracing his Southern origin, South Carolina’s emerging hip hop artist, LjPix, releases his new album titled, “Still Country”. The name of the debut album is influenced by his roots, as he grew up in the South. This talented individual has involved himself in the music industry for 19 years, while taking part in several projects during this time. Artist features on his newly released album include Tony Amante and Parlae of Dem Franchise Boys, while production includes Young Asko, GmadeItPOP, and DG Beatz.

“Still Country” is a guaranteed banger, as evident in many of the heated tracks our rising artist has showcased on the album.

“Work” is as a motivational, hard hitting bop to perfectly depict what it takes to put in the grind, chase the dream, and work hard to where you want to be.

The beginning of the track starts with a low keyboard – adding soft angelic sounds, to which crescendos into a punchy hook.

“BLM Matters” is an unbelievably powerful piece with beautiful vocal harmonies to draw us in from the beginning. This deeply exhilarating track takes a slowdown in the tempo of the album to bring awareness to the current happenings of the Black Lives Matter Movement as the South Carolina rapper expresses deep emotion regarding the movement.

“They will never understand the fear of a black man. Just reaching for his phone while having an empty hand.”

Make sure to check out the highly intense 12-track album, filled with fun club bangers and powerful tracks.
