The Los Angeles, California based artist Damian Sage delivers a chilling performance on his highly addictive new single titled “Cold Blood”. A galvanizing release for newly formed record label Dark Spark Music. This label is headed by Vicky Hamilton who’s known for her work alongside notable legendary acts such as Guns N Roses, June Carter Cash, and Johnny Cash. 

It comes with no surprise that Dark Spark Music would endorse a talent like Damian Sage. Gifted with the lyrical prowess to delve deep in subject matters that confront the most challenging aspects of our human experiences is no easy task. However, to do so in an engaging way that offers optimism and perspective is a quality honed by the virtuoso. Damian Sage is said artist who has the uncanny ability to connect with an audience using hardships and his experiences as a vehicle. 

“Cold Blood” is a chilling anecdote dealing with depression, and addiction. Comparable to the first verse, the Los Angeles artist starts the second verse singing “lying in bed with a bitch name addiction, and let me tell you she’s 

my latest affliction , she won’t let you go, but she’ll let you know who’s in control, if she gets a hold of you”. Backed by the impactful guitar riffs, the production fuses country and rock elements capturing the essence of both, optimizing tempo, and engaging in storytelling.

Released on December 3rd, 2019 “Cold Blood” is piercing, vulnerable, heartening, and inspirational. Claiming, “time to give yourself affection, your personal resurrection time to be the person of your dreams”, finds Damian offering hope.
